Born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, Molly Spears is dedicated to serving the legal needs of her community through thoughtful and effective representation. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she gained valuable experience as a Rule XV Certified Student Attorney. Molly is licensed in the state of Arkansas. She also holds dual degrees in Biochemistry and Biology from the University of Arkansas.

Molly’s practice focuses on various civil matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, probate, and estate planning. She is committed to guiding clients through their various legal issues with confidence and compassion. Outside of the office, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband and their twin daughters and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks.
